Hi, I'm Meghan, a registered Psychologist accredited by the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP).

I have over 15 years of education in Psychology, Health Science, and Nutrition. My training includes CBT Enhanced Therapy for Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Fribourg, and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Waterloo, complemented by extensive coursework in anatomy, physiology, cell biology, and nutrition at Queen’s University.

I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sport Nutrition, and Personal Training, providing a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to psychological and nutritional support.

My professional experience spans clinical and international settings, including private practice in psychological counselling, leading the development of the Eating Disorder Program at Clinic Les Alpes (Switzerland), and contributing to initiatives with the United Nations Refugee Agency and the International Olympic Committee. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, Rumination Syndrome, ARFID, overeating, compulsive eating, fad dieting, or repeated cycles of weight loss and weight gain.
