Hello
I offer evidence-based talks and workshops on eating disorders, body image, and mental health, tailored to schools, universities, sports organizations, and professional environments. My work is grounded in clinical expertise and designed to translate complex psychological concepts into clear, practical, and engaging content.
Each session is adapted to the audience, with a focus on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and equipping individuals and institutions with the tools to recognize, respond to, and support those struggling. Whether the goal is education, prevention, or enhancing performance and well-being, my approach is both informative and actionable.
